A map across every instance
Official Discovery on fluxer.app is built for the hosted instance. The Fluxerverse is being built so people can find communities wherever they are hosted, including smaller ones that do not yet meet official thresholds.
Across instances
Browse communities on fluxer.app and on self-hosted instances in one place. Filter by instance when you want a specific home, or look across the whole map.
Filters that match how people search
Narrow by instance, community size, topic, and tags. Find a twenty-person language group as easily as a large gaming community.
Room for smaller communities
Official Discovery asks for at least 100 members. We are building The Fluxerverse with a lower minimum so newer and smaller groups can still be discovered.

When the directory opens, you will sign in with Fluxer OAuth to list communities you moderate and instances you operate. You will use the Fluxer account you already have.
How listing will work
Sign in, list a community or instance, then let people filter their way to you.

List a community or instance
Moderators will list the groups they run. Instance operators will be able to list the instance itself, so people can find a new home, not only a single community.
Browse with filters
Visitors will search and filter without needing an account. Each listing stays easy to scan: name, instance, size, topic, and tags.
Built so smaller communities can be found
If your community is too new or too small for official Discovery, you still deserve a place people can find you. The Fluxerverse is being built for that, and for communities that live off fluxer.app entirely.
We will keep the tone of the directory clear and kind. Listings should help people choose a good fit, not shout over one another.

On fluxer.app, Discovery currently asks for at least 100 members and a community that is at least 30 days old.
